
Dr. Lisa Lirette is a dedicated and experienced chiropractor who has been serving the community of Shediac, New Brunswick, since 1997. A native of Shediac, she returned to her hometown after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto in 1997 to begin her practice and contribute to the health and wellness of the region.
Throughout her career, Dr. Lirette has remained actively involved in the advancement of chiropractic care in Canada. She served as Treasurer of the New Brunswick Chiropractic Association for 12 years and was a valued member of the Board of Directors at CMCC for 8 years. In addition, she has been an examiner for the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board for over 15 years, helping to uphold high professional standards within the field.
Beyond her professional life, Dr. Lirette is passionate about travel and enjoys exploring cultures around the world. She is also an avid runner and finds joy in boating and sailing during her leisure time.

Julie Léger RMT, originally from Shediac, is a Registered Massage Therapist, a graduate of Collège Atlantique de Massage Thérapeutique (Class of 2023), and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick (CMTNB).
Since the start of her career, she has been dedicated to helping people return to their daily activities and improve their overall quality of life by addressing pain, tension, and movement limitations. Julie takes a direct, results-focused approach to treatment, integrating techniques such as deep Swedish massage, cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and remedial exercise. She works with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including muscle tension, chronic pain, injuries, limited range of motion, myofascial and nerve-related discomfort, posture, headaches, and TMJ disorder.
Outside of her practice, Julie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, and running. Most of all, she loves spending time with her dog, Finn.
